Bmw should do something URGENTLY to improve their service center, Autogermana, in Puerto Rico before they continue loosing good customers. If you have a performance luxury car you expect the same for their service!!!
I should have followed everyone advice before I bought my 5 series an instead buy another car that has a real service center with people that know what customer service is.
